our bread

As-salamu alaykum! During our flight to Basrah we watched an advertisement made by Turkish Airlines against the Waste of Bread.Only who lives in an arabic country can understand the problem… In western countries it is usual to buy the quantity of bread that is necessary for one day or more. Somebody (like me!) uses also to store bread pieces in the freezer…

In arabic countries it is instead a common use to buy large quantities of bread, more than necessary… And everyday a lot of bread ends in the trash..

As-salamu alaykum! Durante il nostro volo a Bassora abbiamo visto una pubblicità fatta da Turkish Airlines contro lo spreco di pane. Solo che vive in un paese arabo può capire il problema … Nei paesi occidentali è comune comprare la quantità di pane che è necessaria per un giorno o più. Qualcuno (come me!) conserva anche pezzi di pane nel congelatore …

Nei paesi arabi è invece uso comune comprare grandi quantità di pane, più del necessario… E ogni giorno un sacco di pane finisce nella spazzatura ..
